Do I get a certificate? ⌄

Yes. You receive a course completion certificate after finishing the required lessons and passing the final checkpoint. You can download it as a PDF and share it on your portfolio or LinkedIn.

Are there live sessions? ⌄

Yes. Live cohort sprints run monthly with guided reviews, Q&A, and optional studio prompts. If you miss a session, recordings and notes are provided in your dashboard.

What is the refund policy? ⌄

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for self-paced courses. For cohort packages, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the cohort starts. To request a refund, use the “Ask a question” form and include your order email.

How long do I have access to the course? ⌄

You get 12 months of access from the purchase date, including all course updates released during that period. If you need extra time, contact support and we’ll help.

Is this beginner-friendly? ⌄

Yes. The curriculum starts with visual fundamentals and moves into structured systems: layout, typography, grids, and practical critique. If you already have experience, you can skip ahead using the roadmap and challenge briefs.

What tools do I need? ⌄

Any modern browser is enough to start. For practice, we recommend Figma (free plan is fine). If you use Adobe or Sketch, the principles still transfer.

Do you offer team or student discounts? ⌄

Yes. Team seats and academic pricing are available for eligible groups. Use the quick-question form and select “Pricing & discounts” to get a quote.
